Statement On Reply of the Authorities of Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijan regarding Azerbaijani Armed Criminal Group delivered by the Permanent Delegation of Armenia at the 1021th Meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council

Mr. Chairman,

We took note of the statement of the Azerbaijani Delegation, and we firmly reject the baseless allegations contained therein.
We would like to invite the attention of the participating States to the Note Verbale 04/1527/2014 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno Karabakh and its Annex, dated October 10, 2014, which provides exhaustive response to the Azerbaijani side with regard to armed criminal group, consisting of Azerbaijani citizens and its crimes committed on the territory of Nagorno Karabakh by them. If the Nagorno Karabakh authorities deem appropriate to further communicate on the above issue, my Delegation will be pleased to present it to the OSCE.
The Delegation of Armenia also referred to the issue in its statement at the 1018th meeting of the Permanent Council. If the Azerbaijani side is not satisfied by the information provided by my Delegation, we would encourage it to directly contact the Nagorno Karabakh authorities.
