OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and President of Switzerland Didier Burkhalter paid tribute to memory of Armenian Genocide victims

The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, the President of the Swiss Confederation and the Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Didier Burkhalter who has arrived in Armenia on an official visit today visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, laid a wreath at the Memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide and placed flowers near the eternal flame perpetuating the memory of the Genocide victims. Afterwards, the President of Switzerland planted a fir tree at the Memory Park of the Memorial.

Later on, Didier Burkhalter will visit the Presidential Palace, where his official welcoming ceremony will take place followed by the negotiations of the official delegations.
